Hilton Head Island’s June Real Estate Market Shows Improvement
According to a report by S.C. Realtors, the Hilton Head Island area real estate market is showing improvement over last year. Compared to June of last year, the market has demonstrated an increase of 60% in sales of homes and condominiums and a decrease of 21% in the average number of days homes spent on the market, all signs indicating a healthier Hilton Head real estate market.
