Town of Hilton Head Island Invested in the Redevelopment of Coligny Beach Park
Last week, I attended a great program with over 150 of my fellow Realtors and business affiliates focused on the future of Hilton Head Island. We believe we are poised for an exceptional future! The Town of Hilton Head Island, private communities, and businesses are investing in capital improvements and new business initiatives.
Last year the Town of Hilton Head Island invested in the redevelopment of Coligny Beach Park. This year they are working with area private property owners and making considerations to redevelop the whole Coligny Beach area.
The new owners of Shelter Cove Mall have unveiled their new plans, which include an open air, mixed use development containing retail, restaurant and residential components. This transformation will rejuvenate a central location of the Island.
